Parameters
mp-number
: Specifies an existing MP-group interface by its number in the range of 0 t o 1023.
(Centralized devices in standalone mode.)
mp-number
: Specifies an existing MP-group interface by its number in the format of X/Y/Z. X
represents the slot number of the physical interface, in the range of 0 to 2. The value of Y is fixed at
0. Z represents the number of the MP-group interface, in the range of 0 to 1023. (Distributed devices
in standalone mode.)
mp-number

represents the member ID of the IRF member device to which the physical interface belongs, in the
range of 1 to 2. The value of Y is fixed at 0. Z represents the number of the MP-group interface, in the

Usage guidelines
You must use the
interface mp-group
command together with the
ppp mp mp-group
command.
You can execute the two commands in either order.
Examples
# Create interface MP-group 2/0/0.

[Sysname] interface mp-group 2/0/0
[Sysname-MP-group2/0/0]
interface virtual-template
Use
interface virtual-template
to create a VT interface and enter its view, or enter the view of an
existing VT interface.
Use
undo interface virtual-template
to remove a VT interface.
