Parameters
interface-type interface-number
: Specifies an interface by its type and nu mber. In the current
software version, the IMSI on the SIM card can only be bound to an L2TP virtual PPP interface.
Usage guidelines
IMPORTANT:
This command is not available for distributed devices and IRF devices.
The device must support PPP LCP negotiation of the IMSI/SI when it acts as a LAC to access the
LNS in LAC-auto-initiated mode. After you bind the IMSI on the SIM card to a virtual PPP interface,
the packets sent by the device carry the IMSI.
