Use dial keys to enter text. Each key has multiple characters assigned to it.
Press the key multiple times to switch characters.
Example: If

is pressed three times in double-byte katakana mode,

Press after confirming a character to enter a line break (
K
).
K
appears as a single-byte character but is
counted as a double-byte character. Edit/Delete new line mark like any other character. Available when
inputting text for messages, schedule, ToDo list and Text memo.

When characters are before/after the cursor or when characters are only after the cursor, all characters on
and after the cursor are deleted.
Some hiragana and katakana with a dakuten mark may be partially omitted.
