Rimuovere i tappi protezione (1) dai
tubi del telaio in prossimità dei punti
di fulcraggio del motore.
Posizionare un supporto sotto al
motore.
Svitare e rimuovere i dadi (3), sul lato
sinistro, in corrispondenza della vite
(2) di fissaggio anteriore e posteriore
(4) del motore.
Rimuovere la vite (2) di fissaggio
anteriore dal lato destro del motore.
Allentare le viti (A) dei morsetti del
forcellone.
Sfilare fuori il perno (B) forcellone dal
lato destro fino a metà circa della sua
lunghezza (Sez G 5).
Sfilare la vite posteriore (4) fino a
metà ed inserire l’apposito supporto
cod.
88713.1515 sul lato sinistro.
Bloccare la vite (A) sul morsetto
sinistro del forcellone serrando in
questo modo il supporto cod
88713.1515 .
Sfilare definitivamente il perno (A)
forcellone e la vite superiore (4).
Inserire l’altro supporto sul lato destro
e bloccarlo con l’altra vite (B). In
questo modo il telaio e il forcellone
risulteranno posizionati, pronti per il
rimontaggio del motore (5).
Sfilare il blocco motore ( 5 ).
Remove the protective caps (1) from
the frame tubes at the engine
mounting points.
Put a stand under the engine to
support it during removal.
Undo and remove the nuts (3) on the
left side at the engine front mounting
bolt (2) and rear bolt (4).
Remove the front mounting bolt (2)
from engine right side.
Loosen swingarm clamp screws (A).
Slide out the swingarm shaft (B) of
half of its length from the right side
(Sect G 5).
Slide out the rear mounting bolt (4) of
half of its length and fit the suitable
support part no.
88713.1515 on the
left side.
Tighten screw (A) onto swingarm left
clamp, in this way you also tighten
the support part no.
88713.1515 .
Completely remove swingarm shaft
(A) and the upper bolt (4).
Fit the other support on the right side
and secure it with the other screw
(B). The supports hold frame and
swingarm in the correct position for
refitting the engine (5) later on.
Remove the engine ( 5 ).
