Smontaggio dispositivo
apertura sella
Per poter effettuare più agevolmente
lo smontaggio del dispositivo di
apertura è necessario rimuovere dal
motoveicolo la sella (Sez E 3).
Procedere alla rimozione del
blocchetto serratura sella (8).
Svitare le due viti (4) di fissaggio e
rimuovere la levetta serratura (5).
Scollegare il perno (A) del cavo
comando serratura della levetta (5).
Svitare le viti (10) di fissaggio e
rimuovere il gruppo serratura sella.
Note
Durante lo smontaggio fare
attenzione alle due rosette elastiche
(
9 ) posizionate tra le due viti (10) e il
piastrino (7).
Svitare la ghiera (6) per sfilare la
serratura (8) dal piastrino (7).
Svitare le viti di fissaggio (1) e
rimuovere il chiavistello (2) per
serratura dal telaio.
Scollegare il perno (B) di fissaggio del
cavo flessibile dal chiavistello per
serratura.
Rimontaggio dispositivo
apertura sella
Note
Il chiavistello (2) viene fornito a
ricambi completo di cavo flessibile.
Evitare la scomposizione di questi
elementi.
Per il rimontaggio eseguire in ordine
inverso le operazioni effettuate per lo
smontaggio.
Applicare frenafiletti alla ghiera (6) e
alle viti (4).
Se è stata rimossa, rimontare la sella
(Sez. E 3) e verificare, abbassando la
sella, che il chiavistello (2) blocchi il
perno del supporto posteriore fissato
sulla sella (Sez. E 3) e che il cavo
flessibile non venga schiacciato.
Removing the seat
releasing mechanism
The seat releasing mechanism is best
accessed with the seat removed
(Sect. E 3).
Remove the seat lock assembly (8).
Unscrew the two retaining screws (4)
and remove the seat lock lever (5).
Release the nipple (A) of the Bowden
cable of the lever (5).
Unscrew the retaining screws (10)
and remove the seat lock assembly.
Note
Make sure to collect the two
spring washers ( 9 ) placed between
the two screws (10) and the plate (7)
when disassembling.
Loosen the ring nut (6) and withdraw
the lock (8) from the plate (7).
Unscrew the retaining screws (1) and
remove the latch (2) from the frame.
Release the Bowden cable nipple (B)
from the latch.
Refitting the seat

Note
The spare latch (2) comes
complete with Bowden cable.
Latch and Bowden cable should
never be separated.
Installation is a reversal of the
removal procedure.
Smear threadlocker on ring nut (6)
and screws (4).
If removed, refit the seat (Sect. E 3)
and lower it to check that latch (2)
engages on seat rear support pin
(Sect. E 3) and that Bowden cable is
not squashed.
