Revisione
ammortizzatore
posteriore
Prima di procedere allo smontaggio è
necessario misurare la lunghezza
precaricata della molla (L). La quota
rilevata dovrà essere ristabilita nel
rimontaggio.
Scomposizione ammortizzatore
posteriore
Allentare la controghiera (A) e la
ghiera (B) registro molla utilizzando
una chiave a settore o attrezzi
specifici.
Rimuovere l'anello di fermo (C) e la
molla.
Controllare visivamente
l’ammortizzatore ed individuare
eventuali perdite d’olio o altri
inconvenienti.
Sostituire l’ammortizzatore, se
necessario.
Ricomposizione
ammortizzatore posteriore
Inserire la molla nella custodia
dell’ammortizzatore con la parte
terminale conica rivolta verso
l'attacco inferiore.
Montare l'anello di fermo (C).
Avvitare la ghiera registro molla (B)
sino ad ottenere la lunghezza (L)
precedentemente misurata.
Note
Un giro completo della ghiera di
registro varia la lunghezza della molla
di
1,5 mm .
Serrare la controghiera (A) contro la
ghiera (B).
Overhauling the rear
shock absorber
Measure the length of the preloaded
spring (L) before disassembling. The
measured length must be restored on
refitting.
Disassembling the rear shock
absorber
Loosen the ring nut (A) and the
adjusting ring nut (B) of the spring
with a pin wrench or special tools.
Remove the retainer (C) and the
spring.
Visually inspect the shock absorber
and locate any oil leaks or other faults.
Replace the shock absorber if
needed.
Reassembling the rear shock
absorber
Insert the spring into the shock
absorber casing with the taper end
pointing at the bottom end
connection.
Install the retainer (C).
Tighten the adjusting ring nut (B) of
the spring until obtaining the length
(L) measured previously.
Note
One full turn of the adjusting
ring nut will increase or decrease
spring length by
1.5 mm .
Tighten the ring nut (A) against the
ring nut (B).
