Pressure Regulators

Replace pressure regulators after six years of service or install “Pressure Regulator” 
spare parts set. See replacement interval matrix on Page 4.5 of the Test Certificate.

15.4.1

Testing the Pressure Regulators

• Check pressure regulators according to Test Certificate.

15.4.2

Mounting the "Pressure Regulator" Spare Parts Set

• Switch control box off using ON/OFF switch (ON/OFF switch is located on rear 

panel of control box).

• Disconnect power plug from AC outlet.

• Disconnect gas supply hoses from pipeline system.

• Remove gas box (see "

Removing the Gas Box

").

• Mark hoses of respective pressure regulator for later reassembly, for example,

for outlet, 

2

 for inlet, in order to avoid interchanging of inlet and outlet of pressure 

regulator 

(note the arrow marking on pressure regulator)
