03 Digital/Analog I/O Parameters

When it is set to “0”, the motor is operated by pressure control throughout the process.
When it is set to “44”, flow control is activated when the pressure feedback is lower than the pressure
stabilization zone (see the explanation for Pr.00-26). When entering the pressure stabilization zone,
pressure control will be activated.
When it is set to “45”, the combination (OFF) or diversion (ON) function is activated. Please refer to the
description on tuning in Chapter 3.

This parameter is used for digital input terminal signal delay and confirmation. The delay time is
confirmation time to prevent some uncertain interferences that would result in error (except for the
counter input) in the input of the digital terminals. Under this condition, confirmation for this parameter
could be improved effectively, but the response time will be somewhat delayed.

When bit 0 is the SON terminal, bit 2 is the EMG terminal, and bit 3 is the RES terminal, bits 4-6
correspond to MI3-MI5.
