5.6. Program

editor

NOTE:
Programs that are protected by the general code cannot be edited (see also the section
5.7.1.6).

With the program editor, you can change existing programs or create new firing programs.

Editing while the program is running

Furthermore, you can edit parameters while a firing program in progress. However, you can only
edit the values of the program steps that have not been processed yet.

When editing a firing program, note the following:

•

The keyboard windows are described in sections 5.1.3, 5.1.4 and 5.1.5,

•

An entered value must be confirmed by pressing [Enter]. Otherwise, the entry or changed
value has no effect,

•

Incorrect values cannot be entered. The original value is retained. The permissible value
range is displayed in the keyboard window.
