Check the thermistor resistance 
value.

Replace the fin thermistor.

Replace the outdoor unit 
PCB.

Replace the fan motor.
Correct the connectors and 
fan motor leads.
Replace the outdoor unit 
PCB.

Clean up the radiation fin.
