config dhcp_relay option_82 policy
Purpose
Used to configure the reforwarding policy of relay agent information option 82 of the
switch.
Syntax
config dhcp_relay option_82 policy [replace | drop | keep]
Description
This command is used to configure the reforwarding policy of DHCP relay agent
information option 82 of the switch.
Parameters
replace
– The option 82 field will be replaced if the option 82 field already exists in the
packet received from the DHCP client.
drop
– The packet will be dropped if the option 82 field already exists in the packet
received from the DHCP client.
keep
– The option 82 field will be retained if the option 82 field already exists in the
packet received from the DHCP client.
Restrictions
Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.

show dhcp_relay
Purpose
Used to display the current DHCP/BOOTP relay configuration.
Syntax
show dhcp_relay {ipif <ipif_name 12>}
Description
This command is used to display the current DHCP relay configuration for the Switch, or if
an IP interface name is specified, the DHCP relay configuration for that IP interface.
Parameters
ipif <ipif_name 12> –
The name of the IP interface for which to display the current DHCP
relay configuration.
Restrictions None.
