This prevents starting when the Idle switch is active in the Auto Mode. This will also shut down the engine if the
idle switched input is activated when the controller is in the delay to start, preheat, cranking, and crank reset
states. The main purpose is to prevent a remote start if the idle switch was accidentally left on.
5.6.2 Schedulers
5.6.2.1 Exerciser
The Exerciser function is used to start and run the engine periodically. The following settings configure the
Exerciser function.

Delays > Pre-Alarm 1 ~ 20 min 5 min Amount of time to display a warning before
starting the engine.
Delays > Run Time 10 ~ 1500 min 30 min Amount of time to run the engine.
Schedule > Start
Date 1 ~ 31 8 The day of the month for the first exerciser
run. This setting is only used to set the first
exerciser run. All subsequent exerciser runs
use the Repeat Days setting to determine
when they should run.
If the date and time selected has already
gone by for the current month, then the
exerciser will be started on the given date in
the next month. Also, if the date has not yet
occurred, but the current month does not
have that date (for example, it is February 21
and a date of 31 has been selected), then the
exerciser will run in the next month to have
that date (March 31).
Schedule > Start
Hour 0 ~ 23 12 The time of day for the exerciser run. If the
“Pre-Alarm” setting above is non-zero, then
this setting indicates when the pre-alarm
warning countdown will begin. The controller
will start after the pre-alarm countdown is
finished.
Schedule > Repeat
Days 1 ~ 28 days 14 Number of days between each exerciser
cycle. This setting is applied to all subsequent
exerciser starts after the first start.
