Printed surface streaked, scratchy, not sharp (cont.)

Printing on the paper thicker than 0.6mm?
If you attempt to print on paper thicker than the
recommend limit, the Printhead could come into direct
contact with the paper and scratch the print surface.
Never feed paper manually that is thicker than 0.6 mm. If
this problem occurs, the print head could be dirty. Clean
the print head.

Printing on curled plain paper?
Printing on plain paper that is slightly curled can cause
scratching on the printed surface or the bottom edge of
the printed sheet. Do not use curled paper.
