Check Point

Does the Page Size selection match the size of
the paper that you are using for the print job?

If the Page Size selection does not match the size of the
paper that you are using for the print job, this could
prevent part of the page from printing. Make sure the size
of the paper or special media you are using is selected
for the Page Size.

1 Open the printer driver.

2 On the Main tab, confirm that the Page Size setting is

correct. If the setting is not correct, click the Page
Layout tab and check the Page Size selection. Make
sure the correct size is selected for the media that you
are using.

• If you are using a software application that

allows you to set the paper size, make sure
that this paper size setting is the same as
the Page Size setting in the printer driver.
