You can paste printed sheets together into a large poster.

Sectional printing for a poster
• If you print "Trim" or "Paste" in the page
margins or enclose each print area with
lines, you can easily follow the lines and
decide where to cut or paste.
1 On the Page Layout tab, click and check on the Poster
Printing button, then click the Specify button that
appears to the right.
2 In the Poster Printing dialog box, select number of
sections you want to print for the poster, and set the
other options. Click the OK button to enable the
settings.

Poster printing allows you to print the enlarged original of four or nine sheets.
