Cancelling a print job with the BJ
Background Monitor

When the Background Printing option is switched on,
use the following procedure to cancel the print job in
progress or queued for printing.

1 Click the Canon BJ Background Monitor icon on the

taskbar.

• The BJ Background Monitor dialog box opens.

2 To cancel the print job in progress, click its name in

the list to highlight it.

3 From the Edit menu, select Delete.

• A message asks you to confirm that you want to

cancel the print job.

4 Click the OK button.

• The print job is cancelled.
