If any other printer driver has been selected by mistake, 
even colour documents will be printed in monochrome. 
Check the name of the printer selected in the Print dialog 
of the software application. Make sure that Canon S800 
is selected for the print job.

• If you use the S800 exclusively for daily 

operations, select the S800 as a default
