Printing multiple pages on one sheet

This printing method not only saves paper, it is also 
useful for printing double-page pictures or charts, and 
printing pages for binding.

●

Two pages printed on one A4 page

1 On the Page Layout tab, click and check on the Page 

Layout Printing button, then click the Specify button 
that appears to the right.

2 In the Print Layout Printing dialog box, for Pages 

select the number of pages you want (2 or 4), and 
click an icon below to specify the Page Order for 
printing on the page. Click the OK button to enable the 
settings.
