Is a WPS printer driver installed?

The printer will not operate correctly with a WPS 
(Windows Printing System) printer driver installed. Use 
this procedure to disable the WPS printer driver.

1 Click the Start button, point to Settings, and click 

Printers.

2 If a WPS driver is displayed, click the icon to highlight 

it, select Properties from the File menu, and click the 
Details tab. Check the setting for the destination port 
(Print to the following port).

3 The WPS printer driver is using the same port 

assigned to the Canon S800, select FILE for the WPS 
driver port or delete the WPS printer driver.
