Adjusting the print quality and halftoning
If the results of the print job are not satisfactory, you can perform fine adjustment of
the Print Quality or Halftoning settings. However, if there is a problem with the
original data, adjusting these settings may have little or no effect.
1 On the Main tab, click the Advanced button.
2 Click the Quality tab and adjust the Print Quality or
Halftoning settings as required. You may not be able
to select some settings for these features, depending
on the Media Type selection. Try to perform the
adjustment with the settings that are available.

Print Quality
Move the slide bar to the right toward Fine for higher
print quality when you do not need fast printing. If you
select the rightmost setting, for some print media a
message will remind you that selecting this setting
may require more time for printing. Normally, the
second setting from the right is sufficient for most print
jobs.
