FLXfinish
+
For Colorado 1650 a print mode exists that allows you to combine matte and gloss finishes in one
print. This option is called FLXfinish
+
.
To use FLXfinish
+
you do not need any additional varnish channels or extra printheads.
When using the FLXfinish
+
print mode, the printhead is divided into zones that are dedicated to
matte or gloss printing. Because both finishes can be applied simultaneously, media is not
retracted or moved around between printing of gloss and matte sections.
