Canon Colorado 1650 Operation Manual Download Page 215

For both hands, put your thumb on the lid and your other fingers under the side reel. Squeeze to
click and seal the lid completely.

11.

Lift the maintenance tray out with both hands on the sides of the tray. Dispose the sealed
maintenance tray as chemical waste according to local regulations.

12.

Take a lint free cloth and clean the drawer and holder on the inside and outside until all residue
ink is gone.

13.

Take a new and empty maintenance tray and place it in the maintenance drawer.

IMPORTANT

Do not place the lid on the new maintenance tray, as ink can spill that will damage the
machine.

14.

Close the metal holder.

15.

Dispose the gloves as chemical waste according to local regulations.

16.

Push and close the maintenance drawer.

Replace the maintenance tray (new design)
