Checking Engine Oil Level:
-
Make sure engine is at operating temperature.
-
For procedure refer to the operator’s guide.
- Ride at least 15 km (9 miles).
- Can-Am Spyder must be on a level surface.
- Let engine idle for 10 minutes.
- Stop engine.
- Take measurement within 2 minutes after the engine stop.
- Dipstick must be screwed in completely before checking oil level.
- Use XPS synthetic blend oil summer grade or equivalent motorcycle oil.
