5.
Attach the wind brace to the bracket inside the door frame using the the nut, bolt, and
washer removed from the previous door.
6.
Attach the ground strap to the door using the hex nut removed from the previous door.
7.
For a heat exchanger door, connect the heat exchanger cabling as follows:
a.
Pull the heat exchanger power and alarm cables from the recess inside the door.
b.
Connect the heat exchanger cables to the cabinet wiring system as follows:
Note:
If the previous door was equipped with a heat exchanger, connect the power and
alarm cables to the existing leads located near the door. Otherwise, perform the
additional step below to wire out to the distribution system.
Connect the alarm cable to the open end of the "Y" jumper cable connected to
the existing heat exchanger in the same bay.
Route the power cable to the DC distribution panel and connect it to GMT
terminal position HX Front or HX Rear.
