(l)  Electric  Power  Steering  System 
Warning Indicator
This indicator will come on when 
the  “IG-ON”  mode  is  enabled.  If 
EPS  system  is  working  normally, 
the indicator will go off after several 
seconds. Later if there is a fault in the 
system, this indicator will come on 
again. 
If any of the following cases occurs, 
this indicates a malfunction somewhere 
in the parts monitored by the indicator 
system and please contact BYD 
authorized dealer as soon as possible.
●  The  indicator  does  not  come  on 
when the “IG-ON” mode is enabled or 
remains on. 
● This indicator comes on while driving.

CAUTION

If any of the following cases 
o c c u r s ,   i m m e d i a t e l y   s t o p 
your vehicle and contact BYD 
authorized dealer immediately. 
In this case, swerve would be 
very inflexible. You should hold 
the steering wheel firmly while 
driving.

on  when  the  “IG-ON”  mode  is

The indicator comes on when the 
power is low, warning that driver shall 
lower the car speed and charge the 
battery immediately after parking. 

(n) Power Battery Failure Indicator

something was wrong.
If any of the following cases occur, this 
indicates a malfunction somewhere in 
the parts monitored by the indicator 
system and please contact BYD 
authorized dealer as soon as possible.
