to be applied. Alternatively, you can use the HeadID.

The 4 ASCII character TARGETID is changeable (only
changeable for LF80C devices), and defined in
parameter 7
and 8 ("ECID_07", "ECICD_08").
The 2 ASCII character HeadID is changeable,
and defined in parameter 12 ('ECID_12').
