Check the device for completeness and transport damage immediately upon receipt.
Do not accept the device or, only accept the device subject to reservations if there is visible
exterior damage. Make a written record of the scope of damage. Submit a complaint.
Register a complaint of hidden defects immediately after they are noticed, because damage
