ATTENTION! Property damage!
Improper handling can cause property damage!

Only change the hydraulic oil when it is warm.
–
Never let the hydraulic pump run without oil
–
Pump and pump housing must be filled with oil.
–
Do not use detergent to clean the system..
–
Only use lint-free cleaning cloths..
–
Do not fill oil directly from the oil can, only fill via filter aggregates.
1.
Replace the return filter..
2.
Blow old oil completely completely out of the tank by detaching the suction
connection. Dispose of old oil in an environmentally responsible manner.
3.
Only top off with the same type of oil. The oil should be at least 10°C warm.
4.
Fill via the filter housing, by taking out the filter element to allow filling, and then
re-insert it..
5.
Switch over to crane mode and extend and retract all cylinders two times..
6.
Switch over to support mode and retract the outrigger system..
7.
Remove contaminated filter element, top off with prescribed quantity of new oil,
see "Fuels and Lubricants". Install new filter element.

Check the entire hydraulic system for completeness and condition..
2.
Check all pipes and hose lines for damage and leaks.
3.
Replace damaged pipes and hose lines.
4.
Check the valve activation condition
5.
Check the condition of the emergency activation.
