ASSEMBLY
FINAL CHECK
Install any additional parts that came with your bike.
It is possible that your bicycle is equipped with different style components from the illustrated.
REFLECTORS -
Tighten the white reflector to frontal support and red reflector to the rear bracket with an
8mm screwdriver or a Philips screwdriver. Tighten the brackets to the bike with the bolts and nuts pro-
vided. In some models, the front reflector bracket should be mounted on the mounting bolt of the front
brake, which arises through the fork. It is very important to make sure that all connections are tightened
securely and that the reflectors are oriented adequately
PROTECTORS -
If your bike is equipped with protectors, wrap the protective foam in its interior, around
the bike. Place a protective outer coating over the inside and attach Velcro straps, pressing them firmly.
Turn the protector so that the Velcro strips are facing downward.
CHAINCOVER -
If not already in place. Place the chaincover on the bike frame using the brackets provided.
Put it in place taking into account that this should not touch in the chain.
TIRE PRESSURE -
Check the tire pressure and inflate each tube to the recommended psi as stated on the
sidewall of the tire.
BOLTS -
There are too many different types of bolts, so it is impossible to mention them individually in
this manual. Consult your dealer for specific information related to the bolts installation.
Finally, examine the bicycle. Make sure all accessories are attached and all quick releases, nuts and bolts
have been tightened securely.
QUICK RELEASE LEVERS
It is important to check the quick release levers before every ride to ensure all connections are made
properly and securely. Periodically, disassemble the mechanism from the bicycle and inspect for any
wear or damage and replace if necessary. When reinstalling, it is very important to ensure the connec-
tions are made properly. (Please refer to pages 24 to 25 for the appropriate assembly instructions).
REFLECTORS
Your bicycle is supplied with one front (white), one
rear (red), two wheel (white), and two pedal (orange)
reflectors. These are an important safety and legal
requirement, and should remain securely fitted and
in good, clean conditions at all times.
Periodically, inspect all reflectors, brackets and
mounting hardware for signs of wear or damage. Re-
place immediately if damage is found.
