8.9.2.
Redundancy
Redundancy can be entered manually via the push buttons at the local controls
according to the description below.
Device configuration M0053
Profibus M0799
Redundancy M0601
Default value:
None
Setting values:
None
No redundancy
DP-V2 (SR)
DP-V2 (system redundancy)
DP-V2 (FR)
DP-V2 (flying redundancy)
AUMA redundancy I
Redundant line topology with universal redundancy behaviour according to AUMA
redundancy type I
AUMA redundancy II
Redundant line topology with universal redundancy behaviour according to AUMA
redundancy type II
Information
For detailed information on redundancy types, refer to Manual Device integration
Profibus.
8.9.3.
Response telegrams for AUMA redundancy II
When using AUMA redundancy II, response telegrams can be sent on both channels.
Device configuration M0053
Profibus M0600
Behaviour TxM0801
Default value:
Tx active channel
Setting values:
Tx active channel
Response telegrams are only sent via the active channel.
Tx both channels
Response telegrams are sent via both channels, the active and the passive channel.
8.9.4.
Connection type – compatibility with process representation
Process representation compatibility is to be exclusively guaranteed. User parameters,
other parameters as well as timely behaviour of the application are not guaranteed.
This means that replacing actuator controls with another type of actuator controls
will have a certain impact on the DCS.
Device configuration M0053
Profibus M0799
Connection type M01640
Default value:
AUMATIC .2
Setting values:
AUMATIC .2
Process representation is compatible with AC 01.2 actuator controls.
AUMATIC .1
Process representation is compatible with AC 01.1 actuator controls.
AM/VM 0...1000 ‰
Process representation is compatible with AM 01.1 actuator controls (target/actual
position of 0 ...1,000 per mil)
AM/VM 0...100 %
Process representation is compatible with AM 01.1 actuator controls (target/actual
position of 0 ...100 percent)
