5.15 RoTeC Control coulter
The RoTeC Control coulter (Fig. 81/1) is used for
seed placement on ploughed or mulched soil,
even with large quantities of straw and plant
residues.
Thanks to the support of the coulter on the depth
control disc/wheel (Fig. 81/2) and the high
coulter pressure, the coulter runs very smoothly
and precisely maintains the seed placement
depth.
The depth control discs/wheels (see below)
serve for

limiting the seed placement depth

cleaning the rear side of the steel disc
(Fig. 81/3).

The Control 25 depth control wheel (Fig. 82/1)
with a 25 mm-wide contact area enables shallow
seeding with increased coulter pressure on light
soils.
