The adjustable flaps guide the metered seed into
the collection buckets.
The flaps are actuated with a lever (Fig. 71/1) in
the control centre.
Depending on the requirement (see below), allow
the lever to latch into the top or bottom elongated
slot.
When you move the lever (Fig. 71/1) down,
always swivel the lever past the catch all the way
to the stop. Then push the lever back and allow it
to engage at the bottom.

Top lever lock:
The flaps (Fig. 72/1) guide the metered flow of
seed into the seed tubes (Fig. 72/2) to the
coulters.

Bottom lever lock:
The flaps (Fig. 73/1) guide the metered flow of
seed into the collection buckets (Fig. 73/2)


for emptying the seed hopper.
