ESCRIPTION
This command is used in the
Interface Configuration mode. This command sets
the number of seconds that a device must wait before it declares a neighbor
OSPF router down because it has not received a hello packet.

Default value in seconds- Four times the interval set by the ‘ip ospf hello-interval’
command. On broadcast network, the dead-interval is 40 seconds.
