ESCRIPTION

This command is used in the Interface Configuration mode. This command
assigns a textual description for the VRRP group. The description string can be up
to 80 characters.

This command enables VRRP for the specified group with the specified ID on the
interface and specifies a primary IP address for the group. A VRRP group is
enabled only after the primary IP address is configured on the interface.
