Alignment of GasEye Cross Duct
The transmitter and receiver units must be aligned using two adjustment screws.
These screws enable to regulate the axis of symmetry of the transmitter and receiver
units and ensure that the laser beam travels properly between them. The
receiver/transmitter units are mounted on flanges that have a spherical surface (See
figure below) that helps in the alignment procedure.
Alignment kit
The alignment procedure shall be performed using dedicated alignment kit. Alignment
kit is an optional accessory and is not a standard item in the analyzer shipping
package.
