全液压转向系统使用注意事项

拖拉机采用全液压转向。全液
压转向器结构如图所示。拖拉机出厂前，转向
系统均调整正确。用户使用过程中应注意以下
事项：

经常检查各螺纹连接处，如有松动及时
拧紧。全液压转向系统工作时各连接处不得有
渗漏油现象。

have oil leakage phenomenon.

经常检查转向油箱液面，不足时按要
求添加。

时，应首先仔细查找原因

不可用力硬扳方向盘，更不要轻易拆开转向
器，以防零件损坏。严禁两人同时转动方向盘。

下降高度由油缸上的定位阀及定位卡箍挡块来实现。定位卡箍挡块可在活塞杆上做上下调整，越靠
下，下降量越小，反之，下降量越大。在下降过程中，当定位卡箍挡块压下定位阀时，则停止下降。注
意：在调整定位卡箍挡块与定位阀的距离时，要保持两油缸调整一致，误差为
0

0.5mm
