Restrictions on Time Parameters
The time parameters impose setting restrictions on each other. If any restriction is ignored in setting, an
error message appears in the Operate or Suspend status.
1. Setting restrictions

NOTE:
• If the period time is less than 10 ms when the source mode is switched from the sweep mode to the DC
mode, the period time is changed to 10 ms.
• When the source mode is restored from the DC mode to the sweep mode, the original period time is
set. However, if the period time is set in the DC mode, the setting value does not change when the
source mode is switched to the sweep mode.
