6.2 Start-Up Diagnostic Troubleshooting
This section focuses on determining what has caused an alarm during start-up
diagnostics. The Totalflow
®
NGC8200 has an extensive built-in list of tests which
are performed each time the unit is started. This start-up testing may be disabled,
but Totalflow recommends that it be left enabled.
The diagnostics consist of 4 areas of testing:

Carrier Pressure Regulator Test
•
Oven Temperature Test
•
Processor Control Test
•
Stream Test
The start-up tests may also be performed on a regular schedule. See the PCCU
help files for more information on scheduling diagnostics.
