14.5 Creating Directories
Procedure
File Screen
Follow the procedure in section 14.2 to display the file screen.
Create a directory.
The character input dialog box appears. To
set the directory name, follow the
procedure in section 3.2.
After you have entered the directory name,
press the
Commit
soft key in the character
input dialog box to create the directory.
Use the
rotary knob
and
ENTER
to select
the directory you want to create the
directory in.
Directory path
The number of directories and files in the selected directory
Set the drive (Internal, USB Memory).
Set the action (Make Dir).

Entering a Directory Name
Enter a directory name into the character input dialog box that appears. You can use up to 20
characters. Follow the procedure in section 3.2. When you press the Commit soft key in the character
input dialog box, a directory with the name that you specified is created.
