Model HGC303 - Heat Value Gas Chromatograph

Storing the model HGC303

The model HGC303 should be stored:

- indoor at storage temperature (-40 to 70

C); humidity (up to 95%RH)

- in a place safe from vibration or shock.

- in the same packing as it was shipped in.

Model HGC303 that has been used should be stored by following procedures below.

Step

Action

Makes sure no process gas remains in the model HGC303.

Purge the model HGC303 with helium gas.

Insert metal plugs into all the inlets and outlets for carrier
gas, valve operating gas and process gas except VENT
(valve operating gas outlet) in order to keep moisture out.

Pack it as it was when it was originally received.

Store the model HGC303 indoors at normal temperature
and humidity in a place safe from vibration or shock.
