Local Operation:
Enable or disable the local operation via keypad.
10.3.2 Basic
Setup
A sub directory of ICoT PA, it has a group of initial configuration parameters.
Valve Type: Type of valve movement (rotary or linear). It has the following option:
- Rotary moving valve;
- Linear moving valve.
Flow
Type:
Set the type of set point characterization curve. The following options are
available:

Linear
: the analog output setpoint from the analog output is set directly to the servo PID
setpoint;

Equal Percentage
: the analog output setpoint is used as a parameter for the equal
percentage function to set the servo PID setpoint;

Quick Opening
: the analog output setpoint is used as a parameter for the quick opening
function to set the servo PID setpoint;

User defined (table):
the analog output setpoint is characterized using a table defined
by the user to set the servo PID setpoint. (
See the Characterization Curve section to get
details how to enter this table).
Display
mode:
If set to “OFF”, the LCD shows the setpoint and the position as % open,
if “ON”, as % closed.
Control
Mode:
Set if the servo PID will acting directly to the setpoint or if it will acting
reverse. In the reverse mode increasing the setpoint will close the valve.
The options available are:
- Increase to Open
- Increase to Close
The Increase to Close option set the reverse acting mode.
