Menu Bar

Table 14 describes the menus and commands available on the menu bar:

Table 14 Report Window Menus

Menu

Commands

File

Change Master Server - Displays a dialog box where you can specify 
the NetBackup master server for which you want the reports. The name 
of this server then appears in the status bar.

New Report - Displays a dialog box where you can enter specifications 
for the report that you want to run.

Save - Saves the currently displayed report to a file.

Save As - Allows you to save a copy of the report under a different 
name.

Print - Displays a dialog box where you can enter the specifications for 
printing a report.

Print Preview - Shows how the printed pages will appear.

Print Setup - Displays a dialog box where you can enter specifications 
for the printer. 

Send - Sends the active document through electronic mail.  This 
command displays a mail window with the active document attached 
to it. When you ready, click the Send button to send the message.

Exit - Closes this window.

Edit

Copy - Copies selected text from the report so you can paste it into 
another document (such as one that you have opened in WordPad).

Select All - Selects the entire listing.

In addition there are commands for finding items in the lists.

View

Contains commands for specifying your display preferences for the 
window.
