Plumbing the Optional Valve
The plumbing configuration for the valve depends on the components to
be connected and the intended function. This section provides instructions
for the following configurations:
•
Plumbing the 6-port valve as an injection valve (see Figure B-5 ).
•
Plumbing the 6-port valve as a bleed valve (see Figure B-6 ).
•
Plumbing the 10-port valve as a bleed valve (see Figure B-7 ).
For information about plumbing the valve for other functions, refer to the
appropriate Thermo Scientific Dionex Application Note.
