Dionex AS-DV Operator’s Manual

5. Remove the 6-port or 10-port high-pressure valve:

a. Use a 3-mm Allen wrench to remove the two screws holding the valve

assembly in place (see

Figure 5-13

b. Slide the valve assembly partway out of the chassis, press the locking

latch on the cable (see

Figure 5-14

), and disconnect the cable.

c. Remove the valve assembly.

6. Follow the instructions provided in the Rebuild Kit to replace the rotor seal,

isolation seal, and stator face.
