CAUTION.  With the electronics service switch in the Service Position, the 
system is still under vacuum.  Power is still supplied to the rotary-vane 
pump, Turbomolecular Pump Controller, turbomolecular pump, 
turbomolecular pump fan, +24 V keep alive power supply, vent valve, and 
Vent Delay PCB.  Thus, before these components can be serviced, the main 
power circuit breaker switch must be placed in the Off (O) position and the 
power cord must be unplugged from the power outlet.

Caution.  Never insert a test probe (for example, an oscilloscope probe) into 
the sockets of female cable connectors on PCBs.  This can damage the 
sockets.
