9-36 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

HEADLIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT

• Remove the combination meter assembly. (



9-27)

• Remove the headlight mounting screws

• Move the headlight assembly

forward.

• Disconnect the headlight coupler

NOTE:
When removing the headlight assembly

, disconnect the posi-

tion light coupler

• Remove the rubber cap

• Remove the headlight bulb

by unhooking the bulb holder

spring

• Replace the headlight bulb

• Reinstall the removed parts.

NOTE:
Properly fit the rubber cap

• Tighten the headlight mounting screws

to the specified

torque.



Headlight mounting screw: 6 N·m (0.6 kgf-m, 4.5 lbf-ft)
