Derating of the permissible overcurrent, depending on
the output frequency
To protect the power section in case of small output frequencies, the
output current is limited by means of pulse deactivation (P537).
At standstill and at fs=6°kHz, the current is limited to the rated current
multiplied by 1.1.
The diagram illustrates the correlation between the maximum output
current and the output frequency with a pulse frequency (fs) of 3…8 kHz
(230V devices) or 3…6 kHz (400V devices). The maximum output current
can be withdrawn for a period of 3.5°s.
