7. Continue in this manner for each connector until you reach the right side of the
fabric card.
8. Repeat Step 2 through Step 7 for all line cards to be installed.

Inspect the Line Card CXP Connectors for Installation
The small CXP connectors on the line card are for the InfiniBand cables. These
connectors are much simpler and more robust than XBOW connectors, so inspection
is much easier.
1. Identify the prerequisite and subsequent tasks you must perform in
conjunction with this procedure, to install the switch.
See the table in “Installation Sequence” on page 20 .
2. Check the small connectors for any debris, or cracked or bent fittings.
Most debris can be blown out. If you find a cracked or bent connector, contact
your Sun Service representative.
3. Inspect the InfiniBand cables.
