Inspect the InfiniBand Cable Connectors for Installation
1. Identify the prerequisite and subsequent tasks you must perform in
conjunction with this procedure, to install the switch.
See the table in “Installation Sequence” on page 20 .
2. Verify that the shell is not bent and is parallel to the inner boards.
3. Verify that there are no contaminants inside of the connector.
4. Verify that the retractor strap adequately operates the hooks.
5. Install the components.

Installing the Components
After inspecting the components, perform these task in the following order to install
the components into the switch chassis:
