On a Macintosh, to change the priority of all items you send, click GroupWise > Options , then
click Send .
2 Select High Priority , Standard Priority , or Low Priority .
The small icon next to an item in the Mailbox is red when the priority is high, white when the
priority is standard, and gray when the priority is low.
3 Click OK .
10.9 Setting Printing Options
Use Print Options to set the appearance for printed messages, calendars, and address books.
1 Click Tools > Options .

On a Macintosh, click GroupWise > Preferences .
2 Click Printing .
3 Click the General tab, select the Print page number check box to print the page number of the
item, and click the … button to the right of the Header, Subheader, and Plain Text printing font
boxes to modify the font selections.
4 Click Page Setup to format the printed page to your specifications.
5 To set Message printing options, click the Message tab, then select the check boxes of the
message components you want to print.
6 To set Calendar printing options, click the Calendar tab, select the number of days to be printed
on the calendar, then click the items and components you want to print.
7 To set Address Book printing options, click the Address Book tab, select the address book
columns you want to print, then select the size of the printed area (in rows and columns).

Click OK or Apply .
